Travel Insurance disclaimer with Mom's Travel Adventures LLC

At Mom's Travel Adventures LLC, we know that things can happen and change in an instant.  Trip insurance is strongly recommended by Mom's Travel Adventures Travel Agency, LLC to protect you and your family from situations that could cause your trip to be cancelled, interrupted and or delayed resulting in time lost, money already spent having to make major decisions in the moment.  Please consider asking your adventure planner about adding travel insurance to your trip.  

As the traveling client, I understand the cancellation/amendment policies of the vendor's travel insurance that I have purchased.  I hereby hold Mom's Travel Adventures Travel Agency, LLC free of any claims made as a result of changes and cancellations of your current travel reservation.  Additionally, you (the client) agree to pay all charges, fees or penalties incurred due to changes and/or cancellations of current travel reservation.
